Shipping policy

Crystal Daze ships worldwide from the UK. After your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.  You may be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign. Orders of multiple products may be shipped in more than one package, in which case multiple tracking numbers will be sent.

Cost of shipping is dependant on the value of the package and the weight. UK shipping starts from £5 to £38.00

Worldwide shipping starts from £20 to £80+ We ship internationally using Royal Mail, UPS, Parcel Force and other couriers including DPD what ever we believe is the best individual option to get your beauties there safe and sound. We ship Monday to Friday.

We normally ship within 5 working days from order date. For UK orders please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. For worldwide orders please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note, for worldwide shipping, sometimes packages are held up in customs and therefore can take longer to arrive.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include customs and taxes charged by your home country. Due to the UK leaving the EU January 2021, you may have to pay customs and import charges when your item arrives. These charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country. The Purchaser is entirely responsible for customs and taxes once the order is in your country and Crystal Daze has no control over these charges.
