Refund policy

My hope is that you are very happy with your shopping experience at Crystal Daze. However, if you decide you would like to return your order then please contact us straight away: using the contact form on the website. We will do our best to help you. We offer a grace period upon receipt of the crystal, customers have 24 hours in which to contact us through the website with a valid reason you would like to return the order. 

We cannot refund orders whilst they are in transit or before they have left our premises.

In order for refunds to be processed they need to have been received by the customer a valid and agreed upon reason given upon receipt of the order and then return of the goods in good condition.

Postage for your original order will not be eligible for a refund/return. You will be refunded the value of your order less the original shipping cost. Please also consider that the return/exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed 5-10 working days after receiving the returned order in a resell-able good condition and customers will the notified via email of their return. 

Damaged and Lost Items

In the event that an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping company to request compensation. We will endeavour to support you through this process in any way we can.
